  • There really needs to be an option for 0 stars on Yelp!! My iPad had a shattered screen, and I was searching for a repair place with reasonable prices to have it replaced. But I swear... never pick cheap! At first, when I dropped off my iPad for repair, the people were kind of nice. Vincent was the one who fixed it. However when I brought it home, I noticed that the wifi signal was very low to non existent and this was not a problem prior to having the screen replaced. So I googled to see if this was a common issue and it actually is - the wifi antenna is most likely damaged during the screen replacement so it needs to be replaced. I texted the business, advised them of the problem and they welcomed me to come in to have it looked at. The day I went in, Vincent was not there - instead I had to deal with a very rude Ryan. He insisted that there was nothing wrong and it HAD to be my wifi at home because the wifi was working in the store. Well yes, of course the signal is strong when you stand next to the modem - I can do that at home too, but this problem didn't occur until after the screen was replaced! I mean, I had my iPad for two years and the wifi worked fine until it was repaired here, so of course something happened on their end! But oh no... Ryan just kept telling me that it's impossible. It took 45 minutes for him to finally willingly take my iPad. Why that long? The entire time, customers kept coming into the store and he kept ignoring me to attend to them. I'm sure he was hoping that I'd be discouraged and go away. What was funny is he then called Vincent and he said the antenna was not damaged - really, how would he know without looking at it? Really, good thing I did my homework otherwise I'd have nothing to back my stance. Again, instead of fixing my iPad right away, Ryan didn't even look at it for another 24 hours even though I was quite eager to have it back. However, after he replaced the antenna the wifi signal worked again - so they did screw it up on their end. I will say he did a horrible job and did not properly seal the edges like Vincent did, but at that time I just wanted my iPad back and didn't want him touching it anymore. Ryan's rudeness and lack of professionalism really turned me off. His ill-mannerism and poor customer service will earn him any worst employee award. I highly discourage anyone from using their services if you want quality work done with guarantee.
