  • Terrible customer support post purchase. We bought an expensive refrigerator from Spencer's and they had a 3rd party service install it. The water line hook up caused a leak that destroyed a large portion of our home's floor. Spencer's immediately pushed us to THEIR installers and didn't want to get involved. After weeks of trying to get accountability we had to engage our insurance (AllState) and get movement. We finally got it addresses no thanks to Spencer's. I will avoid Spencer's going forward.
