  • We had our vents cleaned in a house before moving in and it was recommended that we have a company come out and check the AC units just to make sure we knew everything was up to snuff. I called Sun Country after finding them on Yelp, and the lady who answered the phone (I want to say her name was Cheryl, but I am not 100% - moving has made my brain turn to mush) was super helpful and was able to answer all of my questions. She was very patient with me as I explained that I didn't think anything was wrong with the units, I just wanted a checkup and she made sure I understood the process. Steve, the technician, was able to come out the very next day and spent over an hour looking at the two units including going into the attic. He was very professional, called when he was on his way, and cleaned up any debris that fell from the ceiling as he moved the attic piece out of the way. He also made sure to take the time to explain all the notes he had on the AC units and was able to put our minds at ease that everything was in good working order. I would absolutely recommend using this company and will be calling them back at the start of every summer to do a preventative maintenance check.
