  • AWFUL! I can't believe they are in the shipping business, it's your one job to get packages to and from places. They attempted two drop off midday (when no one is home) without leaving any evidence or tag. I called them and they have now indicated that they've "lost" the shipment. They think it's on a truck but they don't know which one. Absolutely ridiculous! I went to complain to the BBB and it figures, they aren't even accredited. Advising Amazon to please stop using Canpar.
