  • Stay away from this location. They are cheaters and vehicles are not maintained. My recent experience at this location was very bad. Pros: Quick location from airport and easy return (this is pretty much same for most car rental companies enyway) Cons: 1. There were long (40 min wait) queue. Problem was that only two representative were working while 5-6 more were just moving here and there. There was no sense of urgency on any of them. When i complained about this, lady told that I am lucky that its only 40 min as current line has increased to 1 hour !!!! Can you believe this !!??? 2. Car I got worked fine for first 100 miles and then Maintenance lite lit up. When i called them up (as my trip involved another 2K miles) they said not to worry and it may be false alarm !!!! Now should I believe 5K driven Toyota vehicle or crap budget representative ??? Even replacement car was like that. I had booked Full size and I had double upgrade coupon from them. When i presented, lady told me that they are all booked and no vehicle available for upgrade. That is acceptable if its genuine. But when i asked about purchased upgrade, she happily offered me SUV (which is what I would get with double upgrade) for $20 extra per day. !!!! Now this is cheating. 4. No flexibility to change contract. Be ready to pay heavy price if you do. for me, I wanted to remove extra coverages (CWD) and probably downgrade vehicle on last day and half (after 5 days of keeping them) and they quoted me actually extra money !! Reason they gave me is that I got preferencial rate .. but it was actually same as other rental companies.
