  • Do not go here! My husband and I went to this dealership, looking for a used vehicle. The salesperson assigned to us showed us a few cars, and we took one out on a test drive. We were interested in the car, and wanted to go inside to talk price. When we sat down to begin the negotiation process, the sales person looked at us like we were crazy. His exact words were "What do you mean negotiate? The price is listed". We were dumbfounded - we have been to various dealerships, and know how the process works. In the test drive, we knew there was an issue with the brakes (it was audible), but he failed to acknowledge that after we brought it up. He wouldn't even take $100 off the price of a car that was over $15,000! His tone quickly switched from being nice during the test drive, to incredibly condescending and rude. He told us that since we said we researched what type of vehicle we want and what was available in the market, he assumed we knew what we were talking about, but obviously we don't (because he felt the car was priced well). He also told us that when we first sat down and told him the range in price of cars we wanted to look at, we lied, because the car we were discussing was within the range - I don't think he could wrap his head around the concept of customer service, and not speaking down to people who are genuinely interested in purchasing a vehicle. We are not ignorant people, and we were being incredibly reasonable because we knew the price of the car was above what it was worth. He called his manager in, who was much more pleasant, but at that point, we were left with an incredibly sour taste over this whole experience. Our offer was not unreasonable, and of course, the dealership is entitled to accept or refuse any offer, however the manner in which this sales person spoke to us was disgusting. He made us feel "less than". I am so grateful we walked away, because the VERY next day, we went to another Honda dealership, and was shown the EXACT same car, in better shape (with more additions) with less milage (and just a year older), and they gave it to us for $4000.00 less than what was being asked at Midtown. Do not get hustled into going here for any car purchase. I'm so glad we took our business elsewhere because the service here is atrocious.
