  • Very disappointed in this dealership. Bought my vehicle from them, returned each time for oil changes and service. Bought a new battery with a 5 year warranty which went bad with 50 percent of the warranty remaining. however because I was broken down on the road I needed to replace it from another auto parts store and when I contacted Them to ask how to go about reimbursement was told Peter the parts manager would call me back shortly. Well 7 hours later I figured Peter was not calling so I contacted him and was basically told that because I didn't return to them for a new battery I was out of luck. I told him I was a good customer and in the market for a new Mazda and this was a terrible way to treat me he said "well sorry you feel that way". Don't do business with them. I'll be buying my new Mazda 6 from a different dealer. All because of 50 percent of a car battery. Go figure!!
