My husband and I were going to the movies and with his foot in a cast boot our lunch options were limited. It has been years since I've been to this place and has it ever changed. Gone is the mechanical bull ride. Another type of game off in the corner has taken its place. Even the rest rooms have changed-the stalls are painted black along with black toilets.
The place was fairly empty and we pretty much had the whole place to ourselves. They do offer one perk-If you are going to the movies that day or have seen a movie and have the stub then they will give you one entree at half price as long as you purchase one at regular price. Fortunately I had our tickets on my phone so she accepted that as our coupon.
My husband had a barbecue chicken tossed salad. I went with the French onion burger. Instead of paying the up charge for sweet potato fries I asked substitute broccoli for the regular fries. I ordered medium well but I guess I should have had it well done because I'm no fan of seeing "pink" in the middle. The burger was okay-nothing to write home about. They do give you a good size of broccoli which was filling.
Seemed like it took a long time to get our drinks replenished but the waitress finally did. Place is a bit pricey for the food but the coupon helped soften the blow. Made for an easy walk to the theater so my husband could rest his foot.
