Had a great experience at the Apple Store over the weekend. I showed up as a walk in and was greeted by a rep at the door, he listened to my reason for being there and directed me to the back of the store to speak w/ a "Genius" for further assistance. The lady who I met with took time to hear me out in terms of what I was looking for and then explained to me my options. It's obvious Apple wants you to spend money and their focus is on getting you to upgrade your hardware but still the reps (including the tech support I was provided later in the evening when I had tor return for more support) were very friendly and professional. I had called the store before heading back the second time and found the rep who answered to be a little distracted as he wasn't really listening to me only waiting for a chance to tell me what he thought was correct (even though I had explained 2 - 3 times his proposed solution did not / would not work).
