  • After my work out yesterday I was seeking something as a reward for continuing to stay on track and be healthy. Changing our old habits does not happen over night. It is a grueling experience that one has to approach and celebrate the small victories thus far. The smoothies here while not totally healthy are much better than a frap from Starbucks. So it's a start. Outside of the store there was a large colorful display offering new strawberry froyo's. Such clever advertising had my attention too. All of the frozen yogurt and smoothies come in one convenient size. With their advertising calling to me I had this flavor, plus strawberries are my favorite treat. They make it to order using fresh strawberries and frozen yogurt. After they blend it up I opted for the whip cream on top he handed the drink to me. The clerk was so very friendly and pleasant. We conversed a while about our lives here in Vegas then I finally got to try the drink that I had so very much earned. It was delightfully and refreshing. That sluggish slump that I was feeling after working out was gone. The balance between the strawberries was so perfect and sweet. They offer other types of fruit to blend with the yogurt too. Next time I will try the watermelon!
