  • This Sierra Vista Location is now my favorite location for seeing my optometrist. Much better than Durango! See details below. I have seen Dr McCaffrey for several years at the Durango office but after my visit with her at this location I intend to utilize her care here instead. I see her for both my glasses and contact prescription and she is always professional, knowledgeable and nice. I had a complication with my last contact script because my site had changed, and her office scheduled almost immediately to get my prescription altered. I left with a perfect prescription and I'm always confident in her care. The staff was very nice, especially compared to the Durango office, and they were very helpful with scheduling, check in and paperwork. This office is convenient, quick and doesn't have the same snotty receptionist from the Durango office. I intend to return for my annual exams with Dr McCaffery at this location. The only reason I gave this business four stars is because they had barely any styles in their selection of frames that my insurance covered. I ended up having to go to a different business in order to get a better choice of styles.
