  • I wish I could put no stars.. but I guess I'll put one because I have to and maybe to give Polish credit for the abundant color selection and beautiful nail artwork.. but the prices are outrageous for any type on art detail.. and the customer service is terrible. Their secretaries are rude and snobbish. For such high prices, they don't take care of you. They don't pamper you. They carelessly do everything.. To me, a pedicure is not just the "polish" it's the scrubbing, lotion, filing, and relaxing in the massage chair. Midway through my pedicure, I was asked to move out of the comfy chair into the manicure chair just to accommodate their next customer requesting a pedicure. I made an appointment two weeks in advance, also. So, they should have planned the appropriate amount of time or had their customer wait until I was done. All in all, snobbish, rushed environment.. not unwinding and relaxing like a mani/pedi should be.
