rev:text	After reading through all of the positive Yelp reviews, my friend and I were excited to try out this nail salon to pamper ourselves and unwind from a hectic work week. My friend was scheduled for a pedicure and I was scheduled for a manicure. From the moment we walked in, I felt like our time there was going to be anything but relaxing. The salon was super crowded, cramped, and kind of messy. My friend got seated right away for her pedicure, but I had to wait awhile for someone to be open to do my manicure. Honestly, my friend was almost half way through her service before I was taken over to the manicure table even though we both had the exact same appointment time. I finally sat down at the manicure table. While I was waiting for my nail tech to gather his supplies, one of the other nail techs asked me which service I wanted. I told her that I wanted the type of organic manicure service that was listed on their menu, but did not want the gel nails that I believe came with that service. I thought she understood what I meant when she relayed that information in another language to my nail tech. Unfortunately, my nail tech did not get the correct message and I received an incredibly rushed and lackluster manicure. The only good thing about this entire experience at this nail salon is that my nail polish dried quickly and did look okay. Also, my friend did enjoy her pedicure. However, I definitely am going to keep searching for a different nail salon that provides a more relaxing and enjoyable experience for me.
