  • My wife and I came over here to AZ yesterday to do some site seeing, and used Interval International to exchange our Marriott accommodations for those here at Cibola Vista Resort and Spa. For the most part we find the place well staffed, clean and comfortable. Our only issue is with the sales staff we encountered when we showed up for a presentation. Without getting into details let me just say the lady behind the sales counter needs a course in customer service and attitude. We ended up cancelling our appointment and just walked out. While the concierge staff did follow up with an appreciated apology and token of thanks, the whole experience still left us with negative feelings. Not what you want to experience on vacation.
