  • The location of this place is great..if you want to have a night club at your door 24/7....including the partying residents who seem to never sleep. I was happy with my non-renovated 1 bedroom apartment until my neighbor and I realized the renovated 1br was going for less....but moving to these cheaper apartments includes a $200 transfer fee. Moving out of this place is hell. They will try to rip you off at every opportunity and slap you with numerous charges. The only positive things I can say about this place are that its relatively clean and the location is walking distance to everything.
