  • We ordered and paid (over 400.00) for a tree and it wasn't delivered as promised. When we called we were told their truck broke and they could bring it next week. ( take another day off to wait for them?????) No apologies. And a 15% fee if you cancel orders. Seriously? Lets get our stuff together. This is not acceptable.
