  • I've lived here for three years now. The first year wasn't bad, then it got progressively worse. Ever since new management took over about two years ago, water has been shut off every month in the last 4 months. They only do a temporary fix each time a pipe breaks, so you are without water over the weekend for 8+ hours. One time it took over 12 hours which is ridiculous! For the price you pay to live here, they couldn't put enough money to actually fix their main water pipes! I do not recommend living here. Save your money, buy a house. It will be well worth it.
