  • I purchased a groupon for laser hair treatment for this business. They suggested waiting at least a year to get my final treatment to make sure I got any new hair growth. When I called for that appointment, they said my groupon had expired even though the last treatment had been 8 months prior, so not even the full year they suggested. They refuse to honor the groupon and told me I had to take it up with Groupon. Up until that point, I had been very satisfied and planned to get more hair removal from them, but I basically feel like they knew exactly what they were doing when they suggested I wait a year, knowing the groupon would expire and they would not have to complete the treatment.
