Living Spaces has poor customer service and does not appear to care about standing behind their purchases once the deal has been finalized. I recently bought an office desk, floor lamp, and office chair. Upon delivery, the floor lamp did not look quite right, but I was busy and only in town for a short while and did not have time to deal with it. Later I bought a matching desk lamp as the floor lamp light was insufficient and the floor lamp's defect (which leans and does not stand upright) was more obvious. I called the customer service number and all they would say was that it was beyond 7 days and they could not do anything. This is a defect and I was simply asking for an even exchange. I would think there was a manufacturer's warrantee, but they do not want to do anything unless you buy their "Care Free Plan" which adds up with several pieces. Not happy and things like this effect their reputation.
