  • Terrible customer service and do not trust their website's "in-stock" inventory when you search by the stock in "your local store." My husband rented a uhaul truck and drove over to their store today to pick up a fridge that their website said was available in the Mesa store. He was there within 10 minutes and sure enough, they didn't actually have any in stock today and told us we could drive to Gilbert. Great, we are paying by the mile to rent this truck and have to pay extra due to your website/stock issue? No offer of compensation or even a small discount for the inconvenience. Forget this Lowes. We are going to continue shopping at Home Depot...where customer service is excellent! This really is too bad for Lowes because we just bought a home!
