  • I went in for a tire rotation, which was free, and that is great! I made an appointment online and when I walked in, I was seen right away. The employees were extremely nice, professional and helpful. Five stars for service. There were two reasons I am not jumping for joy: - I made a 4:45 appointment, and the online tool asked I arrive 10-15 minutes early. Even with that, I was still there for over an hour. It felt pointless to make the appointment. I'd normally think walk-ins would have to wait, but if you have an appointment, they should be ready to bring your car in right away. - No wi-fi, which seemed really odd. Waiting an hour and not being able to multi-task and get work done was really frustrating. I had to walk over to McDonalds to get on their wi-fi and then from there wasn't sure when my car was ready.
