  • If I could give this company a zero I would. After signing up, when I tried to use the pass no airport lounge that had been listed on the Priority Pass website would accept the pass, hence an advertising problem. They refused to refund me citing their contract terms and then when I asked to speak to a manager I was disconnected. Buyer beware.
