  • I rented from RPM and they will nickel and dime you with fees. Exit inspection charged $140 for carpet cleaning. I rented a rug doctor and provided a receipt but was still charged. The crappy carpet in the apartment could be replaced for that amount. I would think before signing a lease with them.
