  • A friend of mine got her hair color at Panache and suggested me the salon. I've been wanting to get my hair dyed for a long time now but could not decide on the place I wanted to get it done. As soon as you step in, someone takes your coat and offers you a drink. The staff is amazing. Everyone gave me a warm and welcoming smile. I got a balayage done by Martine. When you talk to her, you can really tell that she cares about you and that she wants you to leave with a smile on your face. Throughout the process, we had a nice conversation and she really made me comfortable (I'm usually really shy with strangers). She left the product in my hair for about 40 minutes but she came to check up on my color a few times just to make sure it was good. Then, Sasha lead me downstairs to wash my hair. She was very caring and made sure I was comfortable during the whole process. At some point she said she'd leave the toner in my hair for an extra 10 minutes but still came to check up on it every 2-3 minutes, just in case. Afterwards, I got a haircut by Jonathan. I usually get haircuts at very cheap places but let me tell you, after today, I won't be going to those 15$forahaircut places. Johnathan is nice, efficient and incredible at what he does. I will definitely come back to Panache and ask for him next time I need a haircut. I was really impressed with the service I got. I left today with a nice honey-brown color and my hair is still amazingly soft. My ultimate goal is to get silver hair but since I have dark brown asian hair, I will have to go back to the salon and go lighter every time. To be honest, I would rather pay more for a good hair color and fantastic customer service at Panache than paying 100$ for damaged hair and a color that will last one week. Also, from what I've seen, I was not the only satisfied client at the salon, I saw other customers with amazing colors and cuts too. Overall, Panache really exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommand this place to a friend.
