| - Several years ago, it was really good. Now, the only thing that's remotely scary is the ambience.
This place has so much potential. The old town, the quietness and landscape could make for a really scary adventure. Unfortunately, there's no fog, no really dark areas within the haunted houses and no music/sounds like the Freakling Bros houses. The trail is a joke too. I do, however, tip my hat to the actors/actresses for at least trying their best to be frightful. There's also restrooms and decent barbecue including drinks and snacks; all make for a nice family outing if your kids are under ten. But if you're an adult or have kids that are teenagers, pass on this one.
If I hit megabucks, I would purchase this place immediately and scare the living day lights out of everyone. It could be so much more (perhaps like Knotts Scary Farm) but as of today, I cannot give it more than two stars.
Bonnie, may you rest in peace and thank you for all your wonderful contributions to the Las Vegas valley.
