| - I stopped in around 8:00 on a Sunday morning (they open at 7:30), and I was the 4th person in line. It was my first time in, and the woman behind the counter couldn't have been nicer - welcomed me, asked how I heard about them, thanked me for coming in, etc.
I decided on the maple bacon and the banana pudding, and she said those were two of their most popular. The maple bacon was a good mix of sweet and salty, but the maple was almost a little too sweet for me. I know, I know... wimp. The banana pudding was pretty delicious and split in half so the pudding went in the middle, and it was like I got two doughnuts. Loved the vanilla wafer on top!
Two doughnuts cost me $7.85, which seemed about right since I had to hold them with two hands. They're literally as big as my head, which is saying a lot since I can't find hats to fit me. As others have said, there are only a couple of tables inside, so it's definitely a "to go" sort of place, but I don't think I'd want anyone to see me stuff my face like I did anyway.
