  • This salon is good, but pricey for the area (comparably speaking) and they're always busy... that's a good thing for them, but when they advertise that they accept walk-ins, then tell you to come back in 4 hours, that doesn't work for me. Perhaps they need more staff to help accomodate for the business they're getting? I went on a Wednesday afternoon, thinking it would be a quiet time, hoping to get shellac nails done before I left for a trip... I was told they were too busy and to come back in four hours. I went across the street to Top Nails, had my nails done on the spot with no wait, and for cheaper (and it was a FANTASTIC job). Since I can never get into NailPro when I need to, I've stopped even trying. They should be more clear that due to how busy they are, you have to have an appointment.
