I promised to write a review once my experience was complete and was hoping for it to be positive. Let's just say that the smiles that greeted me when I drove up, quickly faded and turned into glares when they realized that I came to have an informed dialogue, that I had done my own research and that I would not be pressured into anything that was not best for me. Things began well and went sour as soon as I asked for space to consult my family who was providing me with support from another state. I was continuously pressured to sign the corner of a piece of paper to prove that I would give them my service although I reminded them repeatedly that I was there to make a deal and the proof was my commitment to stay on their lot until a deal was made (I was there for about 5 hours). Even then, by the end, I was met with sarcasm and unprofessionalism by the sales associate. Before I left, (without a new car) the manager came over to take the sting out of this fruitless 5 hour experience with his kindness. By the way, I left Bell Honda and went to Arrowhead Honda who kindly left their door open for me although they were moments from closing. And I did leave with a vehicle, excellent financing and superior customer service within 1 hour. I wish this review could have been better but this was my experience.
