  • I have been coming here for 5 years. I have only had one bad hair cut but hair grows so I didn't worry about it. I work 7 days a week so it's hard for me to take care of myself. I JUST went to this location and walked in at 4:23. 1 girl cutting hair. 3 girls sitting and in their phones. A girl, artica??, and asks if she can help me. I look for the price signs to find exactly what I wanted. She was a bit annoyed by this. I turn to face her and she goes " ok??" I said I would like a wash with a style and could you give me long bangs? She said yes. Then takes my name, asks how I want it styled. I say curled. Then she says " well I could cut your hair but I don't have time to style it because we close at 5." What???? Okkkkk. I say never mind. She says " I can cut your hair if you want." I tell her no because I want it all now as I am going to dinner. 1: why did she say yes to begin with? 2: why the attitude? Sorry I ruined your phone time! Every salon, whether nail or hair, I have ever been to has always taken care of the PAYING customer and stayed until they are taken care of. I was planning on asking her during the style about color in the next few weeks and cost. But now, I'm done! This was an important night. You probably think it's silly to stop after 5 years for this but people who could careless about customer service don't deserve my money. Now I don't have time to find some other place and I can't do my hair myself right now because of an injury to my shoulder. Thank you for nothing.
