  • New to the area, always up for supporting local businesses. It's a Friday evening, it's busy and I'm a patient dude. However I'm am HUGE on the service experience. If you're going to look at a person when they walk into the door of your shop the natural thing to do is greet them. That doesn't take a ton of effort. So after waiting for about 5 mins I walked out... As consumers we have a choice where to spend our money whether the amount is small or large. If my presence isn't worth a "hello" or a "welcome" then it's not worth my time or my money to buy your product; it's a package deal.
