  • Where do I start... first my husband and I went there on a Monday evening looking to purchase a washer and dryer. It took 10 mins for someone to even notice us. Our salesman was rude and very short with questions we asked. Then they stated they were back ordered and would take a week and a half which no biggie.. they gave us a window between 1230 and 230 and of course they showed up at the last min at 220 they delivery people were rude the female was on her phone the majority of the time. Then they tell us we have to purchase hoses and connections, you'd think after dropping $1500 that they would be included which again not the end of the world but you'd think the rude salesman would of told us this! I will never step foot into this lowes or any lowes again. I am upset I even have to give them one star
