Ok, everyone knows about reading the fine print or you will get nickel and dimed, old news. Here are some hidden tips:
1. Don't fly allegiant unless you absolutely have to, primarily looking for a random airport in the middle of nowhere.
2. Bring some spare airplane parts......they typically need them before take off (this may save an hour or two.....you'll still be delayed 1 hr but thats better than 3).
3. Bring several books, meals, bedding etc.... you never know when you'll actually board and leave.
4. Don't read the plate on the door.....you'll realize the plane you flying on is approximately 35 yrs old.
