  • Gave them a 1 for customer service! Was in their store today and at the checkout I asked for a bag. Was not given one once the transaction was complete. I asked for the bag and was told "if you asked I would had given you one" I said politely that I did ask and was told they were 5 cents. I was told again I did not ask, I was not getting into an argument over a silly bag and started to leave. I then over heard the cashier tell the next customer in line "if he wants a bag he has to pay for it and ask for it" I turned to her and said "you really don't want to drop this do you" I then just walked out of the store.
