  • First of all, words cannot describe my gratitude for the amazing staff here. My dog had an allergic reaction (narrowed down to a bug bite or plant insecticides sprayed around my condo's courtyard) and was covered entirely in hives for almost 2 days. Although this is common for dogs, I still couldn't help but freak out as the day was coming to an end and nothing seemed to work. Called them within 10 minutes before closing and they were able to squeeze me in at the very last minute (Thank you, Liz, for making this happen!). Dr. Ryan saw us right away, thoroughly answered my concerns and reassured me that my pup was completely okay. He explained all medicines and how to administer them, as well as a few recommendations. Everyone I had talked to prior to reaching out to HRAH reassured me that Benadryl would hold my pup over for a few hours, but the staff here completely took my concern into consideration and got us the help we needed. The other delightful encounter of this visit was the LOW cost of my bill, which I was also stressed about since this happened out of nowhere. I can see why this place has such good reviews. The staff members are all rock stars who are here to do the right thing, the right way. After a few less than pleasant (and more expensive) visits around town, it's safe to say my pup will be a returning patient for his upcoming services. I recommend 100%.
