I received a gift to go to elements massage for my first prenatal massage. I thought it was such an amazing experience that I bought a membership which is $60 a month. Shortly after I realized I could not afford $60 a month since I am having a baby in a few months. I called to cancel my membership. The woman on the phone did not state I needed to come in person to cancel ( which by the way is an inconvenience). A month later I got charged again $60, I called to complaining thinking they would refund me since I cannot afford that amount each month. The manager did not care and simply stated I need to come to cancel. This is the worst customer service I have received and I have worked in the customer service industry for 8 years. I would not recommend getting a membership. It seems more of a trap than anything.
