rev:text	Not to say that our previous hotel in Québec City wasn't spotless....but it was ni...ce and......diff...erent. Located in the Golden Mile section, (this side of Ville-Marie, almost looks like NYC's 'Midtown'), Sofitel has a certain crispness, cleanliness, airiness and sophistication. Since we loved Montréal the first time we visited, we wanted to wrap up our 2nd part of our Canada trip, by staying here. Driving to their entrance was easy. And Valet immediately tended to our car as we arrived then Checked in with our reservations at the front desk. Extra friendly (and that my friends, is the difference between Montréal and the folks up in Québec!). Sofitel's Lobby, has their own dose of artistic expression with Modern artwork, visual art with their Copper fireplace filled with swords and musical notes. Balanced that- with a soft and graceful touch. Along with a Custom Made, Men's Suit shop on the Main floor and their own Restaurant. Sofitel's scent was clean-everywhere! There was no off smell on anything. I instantly loved Sofitel's crisp, white sheets. I'm real finicky when it comes to where I sleep. Not only do I wanna sleep comfortably- but who the freak doesn't want to sleep in plush, scentless and up to date sheets??? Room was comfortable and bathroom- tasteful. Even the view of a busy city street from the 12th floor, was pleasant- (this is definitely not NYC). This is the 2nd (of many to come) hotels, that we've stayed in Montréal. Really like how Sofitel taps into the whole artistic flair. We enjoyed our overnight stay and is a keeper. Gracias. Merci.
