  • Tasty, nifty, sugary, cheery, frosty, icy, juicy....no I ain't talkin' 'bout the seven dwarves....I'm talkin' 'bout the bingsoo! Visited on Saturday 6-25-16 at 6pm to see what all the fuss is about. $10.95 plus tax got me a strawberry bingsoo, which is a Korean shaved ice. It's unlike any dessert I've ever had! The shaved ice is super cooled and so thin it's like a powder...like snow! The snow was topped with fresh strawberries, a scoop of strawberry ice cream, and came with a side of sweetened condensed milk to pour over it. My only complaint is that they scoop their ice cream ahead of time and then freeze it which gave it a bizarre texture on the outside. Does it really save you folks that much time ? Come on now. -_- I can't wait to go back and try the chocolate and mango varieties. It looks like they have some tasty beverages as well that I'd like to try.
