  • Probably the strangest exchange I've ever had. First call, he told us there was someone ahead of us and he would arrive at our hotel in 25 minutes. Called 35 minutes later, he said he unable to find my phone number (what for? he knows what hotel we're at) and that he wouldn't be coming. Then he just hung up the phone. This was at 4pm on a Saturday afternoon.
