  • I used to go to FedEx Mall Ring Circle for printing and I liked the service there. But recently I found they had changed staff. Now people working there are all cold stone faced. Do they know they're in the service business and should treat their customer warmly? If they don't have this basic knowledge, they should all be fired. I miss the nice people working there before.
