  • I thought that this was a great place to get my clothes tailored; however, my experience today was horrible. The owner has been short with customers before, but today just took the cake! I called to see if a quick alteration could be made to a dress I need for a wedding that I was attending Friday. He was incredibly rude and short with me on the phone. I even told him, I've been coming to you for six years so I was calling to just see it if was a possibility. I overlooked his attitude and ran it to the shop quickly before he left for the day. When I arrived, his rudeness continue. He yelled at me for waiting until the last minute. And cut me off when I tried to explain. I just wanted to see if he could do it - he was my first choice. he said "you probably asked around and no one else could do it so you came to me." that was not the case. He then said "God bless and good luck trying to find someone Who can do that that quickly." Never going back again. Parker Button on East Carson street was able to rush the gown for me and the customer service was excellent - night and day compared to my earlier encounter.
