  • Ian is the best! I called early in the week and explained that I would like to negotiate price over the phone because I have two small children who would not be happy spending the day in a dealership. He completely understood. We were asking a lot--needed to bail on 2 leases and wanted two new vehicles. He worked tirelessly and we came in on Saturday morning, having already agreed on price, filled out finance paperwork and drove off. Working with IAN was so easy.
