  • Honestly the only good thing about this hotel is that it is beautiful and on gorgeous grounds. Other than that, I was given wrong directions by the front desk on how to get there twice, spent 30 min driving around only to find my own way (a way the front desk staff didn't know exisits) then when I asked the front desk for suggestions on a good taco place I went sent the most horrible place I have ever been for tacos... BARF. That night I took a shuttle to the casino and asked the front desk staff what time the last shuttle returns people back to the hotel.. She told me 1:30am so I went to the casino and as I was leaving at 1am the front desk man at the casino said the last shuttle was at midnight. So all in all the front desk knows ABSOLUTLEY Nothing, they guide people in the wrong directions and have no clue about any questions. And to top it all off I watched the cleaning lady change my sheets in the morning and my NEW CLEAN sheets had blood stains on them! Enough said.
