  • This place sucks. Every time I've taken my car there, they've had it all day. Today I took it in with a flat tire-I was told they could look at it in 1-1 1/2 hours. I should've left then, but gave them a chance. Two and a half hours later, they still hadn't looked at it and there was still one person ahead of me! I left and took my car to discount tire across the street-they had the tired repaired and I was out in an hour. I wasted a day of work for nothing. I don't care how close I live to Fletcher's, I won't ever take my car there again.
