  • The old adage: "Forgive and Forget!" It may not change the past but it gives the future a chance! How can you hold a grudge against a truck that cranks out food this good? So if you read my original review, you could probably tell I was pretty steamed after visiting their scheduled locations 3 times in a row and leaving empty handed. I decided to look up their schedule last week and found that they'd be near where I would be and did a drive by. Sure enough, I spotted them, and the game was on! I got the Chicken Loaded Quesadilla, Island Style. It was outstanding. Loads of fresh, quality cheese with a generous portion of well seasoned chicken along with hints of mango and cilantro. Bravo! I also tried the Key-lime, chocolate dipped Macaroons (2 o's) and I thought they were great. Good pinch of coarse salt to heighten the chocolate intensity. Very glad I gave them another chance. I've been a couple times more and it looks like they got the schedule thing figured out!
