rev:text	I came after work (I work on Howard Hughes) around 4:30 last week. There was one person ahead of me and two people sitting drinking their drinks and eating. I ordered Carrot Orange Fushion. And the wait begins....the guy gets his order about 5 minutes later. Then my wait begins. There were probably about 5 people working. One young lady was pouring drinks into a ton of cups (maybe a to go order), one was wiping down, the rest kinda just standing there. 2 minutes or so go by and a young lady says may I help you. I said I am waiting on my order....OH she says. Finally, now about 5 minutes later someone begins to make my drink. Poor thing, I'm not sure if she was new to making drinks or just didn't care that she was moving waaaaayyy too slow but my goodness. She juiced the carrots...put whatever else goes in, started blending. Turns blender off, starts hitting the sides with her hands, puts back on blender...it's barely moving because clearly there is not enough liquid. Off it comes and back to the juicer she goes to juice more carrots. Back to the blender, blend, blend, take off, beat sides, blend again....at this point it's around 4:50 and I just want to go home after a long day at work. She finally poured my drink and brought it over to me. She could tell I was a little frustrated. She apologized and I left. I've had this drink numerous times and it wasn't good at all. Too bitter. Very disappointed. The establishment was clean and nice. It's amongst a new food court area on Howard Hughes. I hope that they have more experienced people or at least people with some pep in their step, especially during the lunch rush. Not sure I'll be returning to this location anytime soon!
