  • First time eating here today but not first time visiting the many establishments located here in the greater Phoenix area as I have picked up for deliveries for doordash; which is what enticed me in the first place to finally try it after I got off my shift earlier today. Conveniently located here on University Street, has a great selection of vegetarian dishes which piqued my curiosity. Low-key dimly lit pub atmosphere and all the staff wearing whatever they want, even if it had a huge hole in the pit of their sleeve. Very bohemian, dare i say hipsteresque. Coming from the bay area California i felt at home with all the avante garde styles, beards, thick glasses and tattoos. Started off with the Walnut mushrooms spinach soup, which was great to be dipped with the bread and butter. Then I had the cheese & onion pastry which required no ketchup nor HP sauce, it was delicious enough as is and greatly paired with an IPA. Loved the rutabaga in it. Got too full before i could enjoy a third course. Can't wait to come back soon and try their desserts and other savory selections with my friends.
