I originally gave 2 stars thinking that maybe they made a mistake and since the staff was nice I would give them a extra star. But then I received a response from the owner. I didn't feel it was sincere or accurate. So I am updating my review. When I went to the store I was offered a price and explained why which I appreciated at the time. This is a hard thing for me as it has a lot of sentimental feelings attached. So when I agreed to the price I was relieved to move on and thought we were done. I assumed with all the fancy machines and time I spent that they knew how to do their job. So I was very surprised when they had to make a phone call and then backed out and tried to negotiate the price down after we had already agreed on a price. That is a terrible business practice and may work on some but not me. I was told the offer was changed because they said they weren't making any money?? Why would a place of this caliber and staff make a offer then try to get it lower? Maybe you just wanted the gold. Which I sold for over a $100 more later on by the way. A store like this that advertises like this in town should not make a offer unless you are willing to go through. No excuses, Too many places in Las Vegas play games and a good business should not have too. I am really disappointed in the response and my experience. Taking responsibility is important so I am lowering my rating. I hope you take my experience as a lesson.
