  • We love Jose Andres so we tend to find his joints everywhere we go. Luckily for us, we had so many of his places to choose from in Vegas. We opted for tapas as the hubster and I love sharing and tasting a bit of this and a bit of that. So Jaleo it was for my love's first dinner of his birthday weekend. The pan con tomate is just like my bro-in-law makes when we visit him in Spain. Just wonderful and light. And YES, they make pulpo right; we were beyond ecstatic as we miss Spanish food and had to skip our trip this year. It DOES tend to feel like you're eating inside a mall, which means little to no ambience but the food is delicious and love that they have all sorts of gin-and-tonics. Service was prompt and friendly. Check was hefty, but we thought it was worth it. Thanks, Jose! Keep making good food, we'll keep coming back.
