So I bought some Rosies chicken legs from a different location, with plans to bbq tonight. When I opened the packages, they smelled terrible. I called down to this location to see if I could exchange them, but I didn't have a receipt. The manager, Stan, told me to ask for him when I came in. He made it so easy. I literally exchanged it right in the meat department. No hassle...no fuss...just picked out new ones and left. Less than 5 mins. That's the way it should be handled, but I feel like sometimes hard workers with great customer service don't get any credit. Thanks Stan!!
