  • Beautiful rooms and grounds, jacuzzi tubs in rooms, very clean. Very satisfied with rooms and staff that transport via golf cart or van to the rooms very friendly. Very dissatisfied with promised free buffet and $200 gift card for sitting in a presentation. Not only were we told no free buffet due to the computer system is down but was told they could not accommodate us for our lost time and disappointment. No effort made by resort staff to right this wrong. Very displeased.
